The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Korea Tourism Organization said Monday it is hosting the 2024 Tourism Job Fair for those interested in working in the tourism and entertainment industry.

The job fair will be held at the aT Center in Seocho District, southern Seoul, on Sept. 10 and 11. It will also be open online between Monday and Sept. 13, allowing job seekers to apply to select jobs online during that period.

Around 130 companies, such as travel agencies, hotels and travel service providers, will be participating in the job fair, both online and on-site.

Positions that will be open at the job fair and online can be found on the job fair's website, with those open for foreign nationals also marked separately.

The job fair aims to bring more international students to the event, also opening visa consultation booths for foreign nationals.

This year's job fair will include entertainment companies for the first time, targeting the increasing tourist population that travels to Korea to enjoy Korean content. Companies such as CJ ENM and SM C&C will be participating.
