Astro Sanha remembers Moonbin on fourth anniversary of duo's debut

Singer Sanha of boy band Astro looked back on his memory with late singer Moonbin, congratulating the two singer's fourth anniversary of debut as duo Moonbin & Sanha in 2020.

"Hyeong, this is our fourth anniversary of debut," the Astro member wrote on his Instagram post on Saturday, referring to Moonbin by the Korean term meaning "older brother."

"The fans are congratulated us so much, don't you just feel so grateful?" he continued. "I'm watching videos of dancing together with you and I just want to dance together. I still feel like [we] should be on the stage."

Sanha formed the duo with Astro bandmate Moonbin in September 2020 with the EP "In-Out." The duo released its last EP "Incense" in January 2023. Moonbin died three months later.

Sanha released his first solo album "Dusk" on Aug. 6 and is set to hold if first solo fan concert in Japan on Saturday.

"You have to watch over me and see whether I'm doing well," Sanha continued in the Instagram story. "I miss you so much. Congratulations. Let's have a happy day today."

Sanha made his debut in 2015 with the web drama series "To Be Continued," and then began his singing career with Astro in February 2016. Moonbin debuted as the main dancer and sub-vocalist of Astro. He was originally a child actor in the 2000s, most notably starring in the KBS series "Boys Over Flowers" (2009), and had continued his acting career.
