Prime Minister Han Duck-soo delivers a speech on Thursday to celebrate the 4,356th National Foundation Day at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in Jongno District, central Seoul.
National Foundation Day is a public holiday celebrating the founding of ancient Gojoseon — the first state for Koreans — in 2333 BC, when the first king, Dangun, ascended to the throne.
