AMD, KT invest millions in AI computing startup Moreh

AMD and KT have invested $22 million in Moreh, an AI computing infrastructure startup. Moreh's software allows clients to deploy AI models on GPUs besides Nvidia's, reducing reliance on the chipmaker. The funding will support R&D and hiring.

KT and KT Cloud invest 15B won in AI startup Moreh

KT will invest 10 billion won while KT Cloud, the company’s cloud computing subsidiary, will cover the rest, in a bid to “bolster Korea’s competence in AI infrastructure with domestically developed technologies.”
