Korean police have arrested 32 Thai nationals on charges of smuggling methamphetamine and yaba into the country and distributing the drugs nationwide.
Authorities arrested members of a multinational drug smuggling ring that concealed methamphetamine inside specially manufactured body lotion containers and smuggled the narcotics into Korea.
Eight Chinese suspects have been detained in connection with a drug bust that netted 42 billion won ($37 million) in drugs, including methamphetamine, Gyeonggi police announced Thursday.
