Where is Lee Kun Ahn, the Torturer?
A former prosecutor with 10 years experience, has vowed to catch Lee Kun Ahn, the nortorious policeman accused of torture.Paek Oh Hyun(47), who is now an independent counselor, on December 16 took charge of Lee's case. Suwon District Court's Criminal Division asked Paek to investigate the numerous criminal charges that await Lee. Lee was indicted on numerous charges stemming from torture he inflicted on suspects, but so far nobody knows where he is.
Paek said, 'I have 15 years of reserved time since Lee was first charged with torture and will do my very best to catch him.'
Lee has been at large for more than 10 years and is nortorious for a variety of torture tactics applied to suspects.
