Kepco buys stake in Australian coal deal
Korea Electric Power Corporation, Korea’s biggest power producer, and partners agreed to pay A$90 million ($79 million) for 10 percent of Felix Resources Limited’s coal project in Australia.
The group, which includes Korea Resources Corporation and four Korea Electric units, will also pay for 10 percent of the development of the Moolarben project in New South Wales, Felix Resources said today in a letter to shareholders. Bloomberg
