[Living Tradition] Goryeo meets Italian design
To celebrate the 1,100th anniversary of the establishment of Goryeo dynasty (918-1392), a special exhibition has been organized at the Interart Channel’s Bukchon Gallery in central Seoul, titled “Happy Birthday Goryeo.” The exhibition attempts to show the value of Goryeo artworks by displaying reinterpreted Goryeo-style artworks using designs by Italian design guru Alessandro Mendini.
