From Dec. 1 to Feb. 28: The Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas and the InterContinental Seoul COEX will be offering a special “Winter Package.” This is a rare opportunity to escape the cold and get some terrific benefits that change according to the hotel you choose.
Each Winter Package capitalizes on the respective hotel’s unique features, offering your choice of a signature box or cocktails.
The Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas will be offering custom-made items from the “InterContinental Collection,” including a tea and timer set and branded blankets. Guests who choose to stay in a Club Room will also receive access to the Club InterContinental, located on the 26th floor, along with a certificate for a scalp massage at “Aaron’s Roll & Comb” (a 70,000 won, or $60 value), located in the Parnas Mall on the first basement floor of the hotel.
At the InterContinental Seoul COEX, a “Winter Blush” theme has been arranged to give guests the luxury of a relaxing drink. Along with a canape appetizer, two guests will enjoy their choice of a variety of both classic and non-alcoholic cocktails made using recipes created by world-renowned mixologist Francesco Lafranconi at the Lobby Lounge & Bar. Choose a Club Room and you will also receive access to the Club InterContinental on the 2nd floor overlooking Bongeun Temple and a certificate for a foot massage at IN SPA, also located on the hotel’s second floor (a 70,000 won value).
Along with these fantastic perks, all guests will receive access to the respective hotel’s fitness club and indoor swimming pool facilities (sauna access not included).
A Deluxe Room Winter Package at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas starts at 235,000 won while a Superior Room at the InterContinental Seoul COEX starts at 215,000 won (tax and service charge not included).

To Dec. 31: Bar Rouge, Exchange Bar and the Lobby Lounge at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul present a selection of 14 irresistible cocktails and four premium whiskies, announcing the arrival of the end-of-year celebration season. Cocktails with Purpose is a remarkable promotion featuring 14 cocktails created by Marriott International’s own mixologist, who visited the hotel to share his own recipes and ensure that they remain mixed in their authentic forms for Seoul guests. Highlights among the 14 new creations are the Truffle Negroni, with deeply aromatic truffle oil; the Nutty Smash, a sweet and refreshing combination of hazelnut liqueur and sparkling water; and the Double a Daiquiri, featuring a tangy blend of fresh avocado and almond.
Meanwhile, this winter’s whisky promotion offers a luxury branded scarf, gloves and pouch to guests ordering whisky, in addition to an exclusive keeping service.
Whiskies available include Glenfiddich 12-Year-Old, matured in oak bourbon barrels to produce fresh floral notes and a tropical fruity character; Glenfiddich 15-Year-Old, boasting sweet notes of tangerine and mango and a spicy aroma; Glenfiddich 18-Year-Old, known as the whisky of kings for its deeply matured aromas of pear and peach; and premium whisky Royal Salute, crafted by a master blender from whiskies aged for 21 years. Cocktails are priced between 23,000 and 29,000 won, while premium whiskies range in price from 470,000 to 920,000 won ? all prices marked are inclusive of tax and service charge.
Meanwhile, Bar Rouge, located on the lower lobby level of the hotel, serves an eclectic selection of beverages accompanied by live jazz in a stylish ambience. It is open every Tuesday to Saturday, from 6 p.m. until 1am the next day.

To March 5: The Westin Chosun Seoul has combined two words - winter and vacation - into one and now offers the “Wintercation” package. This package is available until Sunday, March 5 (blackout dates are Dec. 23, 24, 25 and 31) and offers three types of rooms - Deluxe, Executive and Suite with prices range from 240,000 to 470,000 won, exclusive of tax and service charge.
All three room types feature two admission tickets to the Musee d’Orsay exhibition at the Seoul Arts Center, a Musee d’Orsay postcard set and 2017 Shinsegae Chosun Hotel Desk Calendar.
With the Wintercation package, guests will be eligible to receive a 10 percent discount at the hotel’s on-site restaurants along with complimentary access to facilities.
Guests staying with the Winter Executive package will have access to the Executive Lounge on the 20th floor for breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening cocktails, as well as complimentary use of the sauna.
The Winter Suite package guests will be entitled to one-night stay in a suite and will be able to choose between the Executive Lounge and Aria Buffet Restaurant for breakfast. Guests will be offered the choice between a 100,000 won voucher for the hotel’s on-site restaurants and lunch or dinner at Aria Buffet Restaurant for two at an additional charge (blackout dates: Dec. 23, 24, 25 & 31).
