[LETTERS TO THE EDITOR]Keep holidays
As some large firms have decided to introduce a five-day workweek, some newspaper reports have said that the government was considering repealing some holidays, such as Arbor Day and Children’s Day. Such a move would be unfair, since workers in most small and medium-sized businesses would be deprived of some holidays without any improvement in working conditions. I hope the government takes this into consideration when it makes any decision.by Kim Gi-seong
