Warm wishes
Volunteers from Korea University yesterday deliver coal briquettes that will be used as fuel to warm needy people’s homes during the winter in Seongbuk District, Seoul. The state-run Korea Meteorological Administration issued a wind chill warning starting from 9 a.m. yesterday in Seoul and other metropolitan areas as well as Incheon, Daejeon and other central regions.
