College students cheer at Seoul Plaza yesterday to mark the start of their expedition across the country. The team, consisting of 96 college students, will trek from Sacheon, South Gyeongsang, through Hapcheon, Sangju, Cheongwon, Jincheon and return to Seoul. The 19-day 474-kilometer (295-mile) trip is sponsored by the Seoul Metropolitan Government to promote national identity among the country’s youth. [YONHAP]
