Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Ryu Hyun-jin of Korea pitches against the Chicago White Sox in the third inning of an exhibition game in Glendale, Arizona on Sunday. It was his debut game with the team, and the 25-year-old pitched a scoreless inning. Ryu retired Blake Tekotte on a ground ball and then struck out Gordon Beckham. Dewayne Wise hit a triple off a shaky curveball that was the Korean’s fifth pitch against him. But Ryu retired the next at-bat, Jeff Keppinger. The game ended in a 2-2 tie. [AP/NEWSIS]
