The revamping of KBS’s entertainment show “1 Night 2 Days” continues. Just two of the program’s previous hosts, singers Kim Jong-min and Cha Tae-hyun, will return for its third iteration, KBS announced yesterday.
“Actor Yoo Hae-jin, Uhm Tae-woong and singer Sung Si-kyung will step down from the show, as they said they wanted to focus more on their movie acting and music,” the broadcaster said.
Lee Su-geun, who is currently facing legal troubles following accusations of illegal gambling, is also leaving the show.
“Lee Su-geun also said he would take some time to look back on his actions, so we are currently planning to put new members [into the show] to replace the originals,” KBS said.
The current cast of six people filmed their last episode together early this month in Goseong, Gangwon. That episode will air Nov. 24.
