The Seoul Metropolitan Government said on Sunday it will start a two-week media arts festival "Seoul Light" on Friday. As part of the festival, three media art pieces, which are intended to soothe and cheer up people feeling down because of the Covid-19 pandemic, will be projected onto the walls of the Dongdaemun Design Plaza.
