Studio & New signs five-year contract with Disney Plus

Studio & New signed a five-year contract with over-the-top (OTT) streaming service Disney Plus to supply at least one piece of content per year, the content production company announced on Thursday.
According to Studio & New, this “long-term content partnership” focuses not on individual works of content, but on developing a range of content to captivate global audiences in the long run.
“I have high expectations in the interest and reactions from fans all around the world, regarding Studio & New content that will be serviced on the global content creation company Disney Plus” said Jang Kyung-ik, head of Studio & New.
“We will make a leap forward to becoming a global studio that creates K-content armed with various subjects and plot lines, and organically collaborates with other platforms.”
