[MOON SO-YOUNG]
Paintings "Untitled" by German artist Daniel Sinsel are now on view at Jason Haam Gallery in Seongbuk District, central Seoul, as part of his solo show. In his paintings, objects that can be associated with sexual symbols are surrounded by a frame of trompe l’oeil effect, reminiscent of classical murals in Western architecture. With the paintings, the artist explores themes of space, volume and subtle eroticism. The exhibition runs through Tuesday. [MOON SO-YOUNG]
