HYBE to host New Years’ countdown concert

HYBE, the entertainment powerhouse behind BTS and Tomorrow X Together, is hosting a New Years’ countdown concert titled “2022 Weverse Con ‘New Era’” today at Kintex in Goyang, Gyeonggi.

Weverse is a fan community platform created by HYBE.

The concert will feature performances from Tomorrow X Together, Seventeen, Enhypen, fromis_9, Bumzu, DVWN, Lee Hyun and a virtual appearance by Justin Bieber.

“2022 Weverse Con ‘New Era’” follows the “2021 New Year’s Eve Live” online concert held the same day last year via Weverse. This year, the performances will be held offline and simultaneously streamed online. The countdown after the concert will be broadcast live on YouTube separately due to social distancing regulations.

The concert starts at 5:30 p.m. Ticket prices for online streaming range from 16,500 won ($13.80) to 49,500 won and are available for purchase on Weverse Shop.
