Ambassador of Rwanda to Korea Yasmin D. The event, taking place during the commemoration period commonly referred to as Kwibuka, the Kinyarwanda word for remembrance, was held under the theme of “Remember-Unite-Renew,” to remember the victims and raise awareness on the threat of genocide.
