Screenwriter Kim Eun-sook to take part in upcoming Netflix series 'The Glory'

Screenwriter Kim Eun-sook will take part in producing Netflix’s upcoming revenge drama series “The Glory,” the global streaming platform said Friday.
Kim is known for writing numerous hit drama series including tvN’s “Mr. Sunshine” (2018), “Guardian: The Lonely and Great God” (2016-17) and KBS’s “Descendants of the Sun” (2016).
Kim will be working alongside Ahn Gil-ho, who directed season one of the tvN crime thriller series “Stranger” (2017-20).
“The Glory” follows female protagonist Moon Dong-eun, played by actor Song Hye-kyo, who plans on seeking revenge after suffering her entire life due to school violence from her childhood.
Actor Lee Do-hyun will play a mysterious character Ju Yeo-jung, and actor Lim Ji-yeon is Park Yeon-jin, who led the bullying against Dong-eun.
“The Glory” also stars Yeom Hye-ran, Park Sung-hoon and Jung Sung-il.
