Girl group Mamamoo is set to return to the K-pop scene on Oct. 11 with a new EP titled "Mic On," according to its agency RBW on Tuesday.

"Mic On" will be Mamamoo's 12th EP. The title of the album means that "Mamamoo has turned on its mics and is ready to make some noise," according to the agency.

The group's new music with all four of its members comes one year after it released its seventh anniversary album "I Say Mamamoo: The Best."

In August, the girl group's subunit Mamamoo+ released its first single titled “Better.” The subunit's members are Solar and Moonbyul.

Mamamoo debuted in 2014 and consists of four members: Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein and Hwasa. The girl group is known for its steady flow of hits such as "Um Oh Ah Yeh" (2015), "You're the best" (2016), "Décalcomanie" (2016), "Yes I am" (2017), "Starry Night" (2018), "Egotistic" (2018), "Gogobebe" (2019), "Hip" (2019) and "Aya" (2020).
