Hwang Ui-jo was the first member of the Korean national team to arrive in Doha, Qatar on Sunday for the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
Hwang, who was excluded from the Olympiacos squad for their final game before the international break on Sunday, was shortly followed by Mallorca midfielder Lee Kang-in.

The Asia-based national team players along with head coach Paulo Bento and other coaching and administrative staff departed from Incheon International Airport for Doha early on Monday morning. They are expected to arrive in Doha mid-morning, Korean time.

The remaining Europe-based players, including captain Son Heung-min and center-back Kim Min-jae, will make their way to Qatar over the coming days.
