Korea's producer prices fall 0.2 percent on month in November

Producer prices fell 0.2 percent in November from the previous month, according to a Bank of Korea release carried by Yonhap.
 
It is the first on-month decline since August.
 
On-year, producer prices were up 6.3 percent in November, compared with October's 7.3 percent, September's 7.9 percent, August's 8.2 percent and July's 9.2 percent and June's 10.0 percent.
 
The Bank of Korea credited the falling prices of some vegetables for the overall on-month decline in November. Agricultural producer prices were down 7.8 percent on month in November, with radish producer prices down 47.8 percent and cabbage producer prices down 45.1 percent.
