Singer Kim Woo-seok from boy band UP10TION will hold his first concert on May 27, announced his agency TOP Media on Thursday.

Titled “Kim Woo Seok Asia Fancon 2023: [The Siren],” the concert will be held at the New Millennium Grand Theater in Konkuk University, eastern Seoul.

While additional dates and locations have not been announced, the title, “Asian Fancon” suggests that there will be more stops added in the future.

“[The Siren] refers to Kim Woo-seok, who returns as a fascinating allurer ‘siren,’ who will fill the performance with his charms,” explained the agency in a press release.

Tickets will be opened to members of the fan club, on May 2, followed by general ticket sales on May 4.

The concert will also be livestreamed through online streaming platform hellolive.

Kim officially debut in 2015 as a part of the boy band UP10TION, and then as a member of X1, the final group from the fourth season of cable channel Mnet’s audition program “Produce X 101,” in 2019.  He was ranked second during the show's finale, but the group soon disbanded due to scandals surrounding the program's producers.

Kim made his solo debut in May 2020 and has been continuing his activities as a solo artist and actor. As an actor, Kim will take a leading role in the upcoming drama "Finland Papa" planned for release on undisclosed streaming services this April. He is currently taking a break from his group activities since his appearance on “Produce X 101.” His most recent solo album is “3rd Desire [Reve]” released on March 7.
