TXT, Jonas Brothers to release joint single 'Do It Like That' in July

Boy band Tomorrow X Together and American pop-rock band the Jonas Brothers will collaborate to release single "Do It Like That" on July 7, agency BigHit Music announced Thursday.

"This top-tier collaboration was achieved when Tomorrow X Together visited the United States as a part of its world tour," the agency said.

"After listening to the demo track for 'Do It Like That,' the band members were eager to have the song released in Summer, and the Jonas Brothers joined the boy band [for collaboration] without hesitation."

A teaser revealed on Thursday announced the collaboration and the digital single's title, which will drop on July 7, 1 p.m. Korean Standard Time and midnight Eastern Standard Time, with a music video.

A track highlight teaser, a concept photo and a teaser for the music video will be released on Friday, 29 and July 6 before the release of the digital single.

Tomorrow X Together debuted in 2019 with five members — Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Hueningkai, and is known for "Crown" (2019), "Sugar Rush Ride" and more.

The boy band is on its second world tour, "Act: Sweet Mirage," with performances in Korea, Japan, the U.S., the Philippines and Indonesia.

"Hydrangea Love," a B-side track included in the boy band's second Japanese full-length album "Sweet," was chosen as the theme song of an upcoming Nippon TV drama.

Jonas Brothers is a three-member band consisting of Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas. The band is best known for its 2019 album "Happiness Begins" and its lead track "Sucker."
