Project Artms's subunit Odd Eye Circle will return on July 12 with its second EP ″Version Up″ [MODHAUS]

Odd Eye Circle, the subunit of girl group Artms, is looking to make a comeback with its new EP “Version Up” on July 12, its agency Modhaus said Thursday.

Odd Eye Circle is a trio made up of Kim Lip, Jinsoul, and Choerry. It debuted in 2017 with its first EP “Mix and Match” as the second subunit of girl group Loona under BlockBerry Creative. After the release of its repackaged album “Max and Match” which dropped the same year, the subunit became inactive and the three members focused on Loona’s group activities.

The three members of Odd Eye Circle and Heejin from girl group Loona took their exclusive contracts with BlockBerry Creative to court earlier this year, claiming that the clauses were unfair to the members. The court ruled in favor of the four members in March and they joined Modhaus, a new agency founded by Loona's former producer, the following month.

Modhaus launched its new project Artms with four members, adding one more Loona member, Haseul, to the project in June. Artms is currently active through videos on YouTube.

Starting with its first new album release in six years, Odd Eye Circle will resume its subunit group activities, and embark on its European tour “Volume Up” starting in August to perform in London, Berlin, Warsaw, and Paris.

Modhaus is an agency founded in 2021 by Jaden Jeong, a former producer and director at JYP Entertainment and Woollim Entertainment. He is also known for his work at BlockBerry Creative, where he served as Loona's producer and designed the girl group’s unique fictional universe.
