Singer Jo Yuri will drop her second EP “Love All” on Aug. 9.
The upcoming album will be the singer’s second EP. Her last music release was her second single, “Op.22 Y-Waltz: in Minor” (2022), which continued the theme of her first EP, “Op.22 Y-Waltz: in Major” which was released four months before the single, in June.
“Taxi” will be the lead track for Yuri’s upcoming album.
“’Love All’ is an album about love. Referring to the sports term for zero-zero, used in table tennis ... to indicate a game’s beginning,” Yuri’s agency WakeOne said in a press release on Wednesday.
“From the moment of falling in love to all the consequent moments while in love, just like the title of the album to ‘love all’ things, the album will revolve around all things love.”
Jo Yuri debuted as a member of project girl group IZ*ONE in 2018 after coming in second place on cable network Mnet’s audition program “Produce 48” the same year. After the girl group disbanded in 2021, she made her solo debut in 2021 with her first single “Glassy.”
Jo Yuri started her acting career in 2022, taking the lead role in Playlist’s web drama “Mimicus.” She will also be starring in the second season of Netflix original series "Squid Game."
