Excited by “12.12: The Day,” a newly released movie about then-two-star general Chun Doo Hwan’s coup and his declaration of the martial law, Rep. Kim Yong-min, a first-term lawmaker of the majority Democratic Party, has raised the possibility of President Yoon Suk Yeol doing the same if his People Power Party (PPP) wins the upcoming parliamentary elections in April.
