Blackpink's Jennie, BTS's V break up, reports say

Blackpink's Jennie and BTS’s V recently broke up, a JTBC report said Wednesday.

According to the report, the couple broke up ahead of V's military enlistment, which is scheduled to take place on Dec. 11.

The two stars never officially confirmed their relationship, but numerous photos of them together have been released through local media outlets since May of 2022, including pictures of the two stars walking side by side and holding hands in Paris.

Neither of the artists' agencies have confirmed nor denied the dating rumors. The breakup, likewise, was neither confirmed nor denied as of Wednesday.

YG Entertainment announced earlier the same day that Jennie agreed to renew her contract with the agency and continue group activities as part of the quartet. Her individual contract with the agency is still being discussed.

V's mandatory military enlistment is scheduled to begin Monday.
