The participants of the Hana Digital Power On Project have showcased their achievements and abilities during the intensive four-month program, it said.
The initiative, hosted by Hana Financial Group and sponsored by the Financial Supervisory Service, collaborated with prominent IT firms, including Google and Microsoft.
The program involved education provided by the global giants and meetings with employees at Hana Financial Group. These sessions served as a platform for sharing ideas on innovative services applicable in the workplace.
Out of the 15 teams that participated, 10 of them received rewards worth 30 million won ($23,000) in total. Some winners will have the unique opportunity to visit the headquarters of leading global IT giants. Furthermore, all program participants will benefit from an expedited recruitment process when applying for positions within Hana Financial Group.
“We plan to continue our efforts to discover digital talents and find jobs for young people in response to the rapid growth of demand for digital talent across all fields,” said Hana in a statement.
