Gangwon 2024 Winter Youth Olympics mascot Moongcho stands between 2018 PyeongChang Olympics mascot Soohorang and Paralympics mascot Bandabi under the Olympic rings at Gangneung Olympic Park in Gangneung, Gangwon on Wednesday.
The Gangwon Youth Olympics, the first to be held in Asia, begin Friday and run through Feb. 1, with 1,900 athletes from around the world expected to compete.
