Couriers organize parcels at a logistics center in Gwangjin District, eastern Seoul, on Thursday ahead of the Lunar New Year, which falls in mid-February. Korea’s state-run postal service provider Korea Post declared an emergency work system from Monday until Feb. 14 as some 16,667 parcels are expected to be handled during the period.
