Hard time for eateries
A for-rent sign hangs in an empty storeroom in downtown Seoul on Sunday. A total of 176,258 food-providing businesses, or 21.5 percent of all such enterprises, went out of business last year due to high rents and the public's growing reluctance to eat out.
