Samsung will begin its annual recruitment across its 19 affiliates on Monday.

The corporate giant will hire entry-level employees across its affiliates, including Samsung Electronics, Samsung Display, Samsung Biologics and Samsung SDI.

In 2022, Samsung pledged to hire 80,000 employees over the next five years to expand quality jobs in Korea.

To boost the group's research and development competitiveness, Samsung will recruit experienced employees and international students studying for master’s and doctorate degrees in Korea in addition to entry-level workers.

Samsung hired more than 40,000 employees from 2018 through 2020.

Samsung Electronics Executive Chairman Lee Jae-Yong vowed to create a work environment where employees can freely take on challenges and develop innovations in early 2024, adding that human resources are the key that cannot be compromised.
