Mohegan Inspire Entertainment Resort in Yeongjong Island, Incheon partnered with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) to present media content titled “Love it or lose it” at Inspire Aurora through June 30.

Inspire signed the partnership with WWF Korea on April 12 to jointly develop and exhibit content combining elements of entertainment, education and various environmental conservation programs. As part of the partnership, the Aurora media show campaign focuses on endangered animals, habitat destruction and biodiversity recovery, with the main content featuring tigers, elephants and giant pandas. The campaign intends to capture the animals' characteristics and entertaining stories in videos.

The work is currently being screened on the giant LED columns lining the 150-meter digital street Aurora. The hotel said it combines the “Astral Forest” Aurora show to convey the vibrancy of wildlife living freely in the peaceful and beautiful forest. The videos will be shown during the non-show hours of “Under the Blueland,” a three-minute digital show that provides a dynamic look at various marine life.

“Inspire believes this collaboration with WWF-Korea will serve as an opportunity to reinforce the importance and responsibility of environmental conservation to both Inspire employees and visitors,” said Chen Si, President of Mohegan Inspire. “As part of our ESG management, Inspire will continue to actively seek sustainable business operations and partnerships for the environment, while utilizing Inspire’s facilities and infrastructure to continue supporting various activities where our mutual values shine together.”

In addition to the media campaign utilizing Aurora, Inspire is also launching the “Love Our Planet” campaign, a room package developed in collaboration with WWF-Korea. The three environmentally friendly room packages are designed to provide Inspire hotel guests with a relaxing stay while raising awareness of environmental conservation and the WWF’s work. The “Love Our Planet” package includes a one-night stay in a deluxe room and the WWF’s environmentally friendly plush toy of the animal in the package name. The animal plush toy is made with 100 percent recycled material filling, with the intent to teach kids about recycling and the circular economy while instilling a love for the planet.

The Love Our Planet package also includes a mission letter and eco-bag to engage and learn about conservation throughout the resort. Guests who complete the missions, which include uploading a photo and taking a quiz about endangered species, will receive a certificate of participation and will enter a raffle to win prizes including Chasin Rabbits’ vegan bath bombs, a stay at Inspire and Inspire F&B vouchers.

A collaborative campaign booth with WWF will be located in front of Garden Farm Cafe from May 31 to June 14. At the booth, guests can receive information on environmental conservation and protection, and events linked to Instagram will take place. Those who participate in the events can win small prizes.
