P1Harmony is slated to attend the American Country Music Awards (ACMAs) on Thursday, the first time ever for a K-pop boy band, according to their agency FNC Entertainment.
 
Founded in 1966, the ACMAs is a prestigious country music awards ceremony that annually selects artists and works that have performed well in the country music scene. The in 2023 saw more than 7.7 million viewers.
 
P1Harmony is currently on its second world tour, “P1ustage H: UTOP1A” and will appear at The Governors Ball Music Festival 2024 in New York on June 8. [FNC ENTERTAINMENT]

This year's award ceremony will feature performances by Jelly Roll, Post Malone and Jason Aldean. Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, Nate Smith and Avril Lavigne will collaborate for performances as well.
 
P1Harmony performed at the famed country venue, Grand Ole Opry House, in Nashville, Tennessee, in February last year. This was the first time for a K-pop boy band to perform at the country music landmark.
 
P1Harmony is currently on its second world tour, “P1ustage H: UTOP1A” and will appear at The Governors Ball Music Festival 2024, another first for a K-pop boy band, in New York on June 8.
