Korea's apartment complexes in southern Seoul's Jamsil, Songpa District and Gangnam District are visible from the Seoul Sky observatory.
Seoul redesignated Samsung-dong, Cheongdam-dong, and Daechi-dong in Gangnam district, southern Seoul, along with Jamsil in Songpa District, southern Seoul, as land transaction permission zones.
The city redesignated the area, which is near the International Exchange Complex, during an urban planning committee meeting Thursday.
