Models pose at the Wangsimni branch of hypermarket Emart with buckets of fried chicken made with homegrown chickens. Considering that consumers don't eat fried chicken purchased at supermarkets right away, the retailer came up with an optimized recipe that revives the crispiness when cooked in an air fryer for five minutes. It costs 6,480 won per bucket, a significantly lower price compared to those sold at fried chicken franchises. [NEWS1]
