Hana Financial Group hosted a workshop to disseminate and deepen its global employees' understanding of the group's shared values and management philosophy.

The company hosted the event titled "Hana Culture Global Workshop" at the company's main training center in Incheon from Monday to Tuesday.

Under the theme "Growing Together! Sharing Happiness!," the workshop featured sessions on the company's core values and strategies, including global initiatives, corporate culture, ESG management, branding and business etiquette. The company's management initiative focusing on success with customers was at the center of the values discussed at the workshop.

A total of 29 employees from 19 countries participated in the workshop.

The seminar included sports-related activities to showcase the group's ESG and sports initiatives. Participants watched training sessions of Bucheon Hana 1Q, a women's basketball team supported by the financial group, and played basketball with the team members. The group also presented its ESG activities and sports sponsorships, including support for the national football team, the Korean professional football league and the Korean Paralympic Committee.

"Our customer-centric approach has been a key driver of our success," said the group’s vice chairperson Lee Eun-hyung to the participants. "As representatives of our group worldwide, I encourage you to contribute to our sustainable growth and the shared pursuit of happiness with our customers and society."
