"Have 10 Shares of 5 Biggest Chaebols"

The People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy (PSPD) campaigned on September 9 for 'Minority Share Holder's Rights and Citizens to Have 10 Shares of 5 Biggest Chaebols' Securities in Seoul.' They claimed, 'Minority share holders should exercise their rights positively and ask for responsibility from the chaebol owners on insolvency in order to reform the chaebol system.' They also said, 'Korean citizens should buy 10 shares of chaebol subsidiaries including Samsung Electronics, SK Telecom, Daewoo Co., LG Semiconductors, and Hyundai Heavy Industry and should exercise their rights in order to prompt reforms in chaebols.'
