Fans congratulate Crayon Pop with anniversary video

Fans from across Korea decided to celebrate Crayon Pop’s second anniversary by showing a video they made on a large screen near Hongdae, northwestern Seoul.

The video, which plays 100 times a day, has been playing since Friday. It will continue to be played for 10 more days to celebrate the girl girl’s debut.

The group came on the scene on July 19, 2012.

Many of the fans also put on some guerilla performances to cheer on the group. Some have organized a video festival to celebrate the occasion and even put together a small camping trip.

Many fans overseas also delivered congratulatory messages on Twitter and elsewhere on social media.

The group, which has been performing with Lady Gaga since June, will return to Korea on Thursday.
