Kia will enter Korea’s used car market, the company announced Monday, after regulations that limited the industry to only small businesses was lifted early this year.
Korean automakers said Thursday they will enter the used car market next year, after taking a wait-and-see approach in the three years since a regulation prohibiting them from dealing in secondhand rides expired.
The first rule of the auto market is that a car depreciates instantly when you drive it off the lot.
