Gohap Group Sold Subsidiary for 260 Million Dollars

Gohap Group sold a subsidiary in Germany, EMTEC, for 260 million dollars.
The company announced on September 17 that it sold EMTEC to a consortium called LGV of the UK and APEX Partners of Germany and received part of the payment on September 16.
EMTEC is a magnetic tape production company with good operating performances which Gohap acquired from BASF of Germany in January,1997, Gohap explained.
