Trade Surplus in August Recorded 2.7 Billion Dollars

The exports (on the basis of customs clearance) in August were 9.82 billion dollars, decreased by 11.1% from last August, and imports decreased by 38.1% to 7.11 billion dollars.
Accordingly, the total exports from January to August reached 87.5 billion dollars (1.2% decrease year to year) and imports 61.76 billion dollars (37.3% decrease).
As a result of that, trade surplus for the same period recorded 25.28 billion dollars.
