Kwon No Kap Arrives in Seoul on 30th

Kwon No Kap, former vice chairman of the ruling National Congress for New Politics(NCNP), will arrive in Seoul on December 30 after four months of exile in Japan.
Kwon was an original member of Kim Dae Jung's political faction called the Dongkyo-dong line, named after the area where President Kim once lived, and one of the president's most trusted advisors. Earlier in the year Kwon was indicted for receiving bribes from the now defunct Hanbo Steel Company and served a few months in prison after which he left for Japan and political uncertainty.
A source from Kwon said on December 28, 'Kwon will be in Seoul on December 30 at 3:40 via Asiana Airlines. He will restrain himself from any political activities for the time being and will content himself by just writing books on his past experiences.'
Kwon was persuaded to become the chairman of Dongkook University's General Alumni Association, his alma mater.
