KAIST, Cambridge lab to open joint center
Cavendish Laboratory of the University of Cambridge and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology are expected to open a joint research center today in the Daedeok Science Town in Daejeon. The joint research center, which will open at KAIST’s Chung Moon-sool building, will focus on nanotechnology, optoelectronics, spin electronics and biophysics. The Cavendish Laboratory is a world-leading research institute, which has produced 28 Nobel Prize winners.
