KT launches web novel platform using blockchain
Mobile carrier KT on Tuesday launched a blockchain technology-applied platform for web novel writers dubbed Blice.Independent novel writers can upload their work for sale on Blice. The platform is able to recommend certain novels to customers based on big data analysis. The platform uses the latest blockchain technology to enhance data protection for writers and consumers, KT said.
The mobile carrier’s blockchain technology specializes in managing digital documents, including contract papers. Once its technology is upgraded, KT said it can even monitor for plagiarism.
The app works on both Android and iOS.
