Park Joon to hold birthday event

Park Joon, member and leader of the K-pop group g.o.d will host a fan meet to celebrate his 50th birthday on July 20 at New Millennium Hall on the campus of Sungkyunkwan University, according to his agency Sidus HQ on Friday.

Title “Joon’s 50th BBBAAMMM Day Party! Wassup Jjoon!,” the fan meet is also a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the debut of his group g.o.d. The agency said that Park will also prepare special events to entertain his beloved fans.

Park has recently gained fame again after making appearances on multiple TV variety shows, such as Mnet’s “I Can See Your Voice” (2016), “TMI News” (2019) and the currently airing tvN show “Super Hearer.” Park is particularly loved by his fans for his joyful spirit and everlasting energy. He also hosted a popular YouTube series, titled “Wassup Man.” Park currently has almost two million subscribers to his YouTube channel.

Ticket reservations for the fan meet will be available beginning at 8 p.m. on July 1 on the reservation site Yes24.
