95 Apartments for the Health Conscious to Go on Sale March 25
Sogang Industrial Construction is to put on sale 95 apartments sized between 171.6 and 188.1 square-meter. The apartments will be sold at 5,500,000 won per square meter, although the price will alter according to which story the apartment is on. An indoor driving range, health club, aerobics space and sauna will be made available for tenants to use in the apartment basement.The apartment complex is located a 10-minute walk from Nokpon and Pulgwang subway stations (line 3) and five minutes from Ungam subway station (line 6), which is scheduled to open in November.It's close to the intercity express way and 25 meters away from big roads.
Four of the 171.6 square-meter apartments, 19 of the 184.8 square-meter apartments and 72 of the 188.1 square-meter apartments are to be sold.
