Charity Bazaars For May

Several charity bazaars are scheduled for the month of May (Family Month) with the aim of providing much needed cash to people in need. The bazaars are not only a good opportunity to help people, but an excellent opportunity to pick up quality goods at cheap prices.

Lotte Department Store will hold a bazaar for children who have deadly diseases. Lotte will sell men's and women's clothing from last season at discounts of up to 80 percent. Famous brands like AENOC, Arte, and Olzen will be sold. Clearance goods, including wallets, belts, and handbags, will be sold at discounts of up to 70 percent.

Eight entertainers, including Pak Jung-soo, Im Hyun-sik, and Lee Tae-ran, will hold an autographing session at the bazaar on April 29 in Yongdungpo and on April 30 in Kwanak at 2:00 p.m.

Shinsegae Department Stores in Myongdong, Yongdungpo, Mia, and Inchon are holding bazaars for children who are suffering from malnutrition, physical disabilities, and deadly diseases.

A 'Million Signatures Campaign' is being held by Shinseage which will award 100 won to the poor for each person's signature.

At the Yongdungpo store, there will be an autographing event for actors from the MBC drama 'Huh Jun' from 3:00 p.m. to 4:40 p.m. on April 29.
